BST ( BLOOD SWEAT and TEARS) Customs has been proud to service the DMV area since 2017.  Our team specializes in the craft of garment decorations.  Owner Ira Bell, professionally known as “Wiink,” is an entrepreneur, muralist, and graffiti artist born and raised in Washington, D.C. and Prince George’s County, Maryland. As a student athlete at Parkdale High School in Prince George’s (P.G.) County, Maryland, Wiink already knew his passion was art but tried the traditional school-to-work life course at the behest of his parents. After one semester at P.G. Community College and working 10 years in various capacities for the P.G. County School System, he took a leap of faith to work fulltime as an artist and entrepreneur.

He is entirely self-taught; using mostly airbrush techniques to perfect his signature realistic cartoon style. Since 2012 Wiink has applied his artistic abilities to enhance and restore aesthetic appeal and pride to businesses, institutions, and private homes. He has created commissioned artwork for clients nationwide; largely servicing the Washington, D.C Metropolitan area.
